« Instant friends, starting three years ago from that first mail sent over MySpace, we’ve long talked about releasing something but without a solid plan or timeline in mind. Always trading everything, and often working together on projects, we’ve finally scraped together a couple things that seem to kind of make sense next to each other. Most of it older material, this release has been a long time coming, a lot of fun, a lot of headaches and a lot of learning. So we share it from here, in all it’s glory and lack there of. Badminton Club is RepeatPattern and Broke. Thank you. » « Oh my word this is going to be huge. Broke (is that the same as Broke/, who’s also on Cascade Records?) and Repeat Pattern combine forces again to the magnus opus of Cascade Record’s 2012. This is just the preview but it sounds incredible. I copped it on vinyl immediately. » « L’album est à consommer sans modération, on ne s’en lasse toujours pas. Ne loupez pas les titres “At the end of the day”, “Never look back” et “don’t sleep”, véritables coups de coeur de la rédaction. » « Broke, a very rugged emcee, and Repeat Pattern, a very eclectic music-maker, Badminton Club puts both artists in their best lights from start to finish. » « Tous deux signé chez Cascades Records, le producteur Repeat Pattern et le producteur/rappeur Broke, allient leurs talents en un album hip hop rythmé d’un flow assuré et de beats alléchants, « Badminton Club ». » « Another nice new hip hop release. Very limited production of this one. I like how they got a little less predictable & more experimental with the beats on this one. » « Cascade Records artists Broke & Repeat Pattern are back with Badminton Club, a Certified fresH new 12″/digital album. » « La musique se place quelque part entre virées mélomanes, pensées nébuleuses et défoulement par le groove. Une franche et réelle réussite sonore qui pioche tant dans les sonorités de ce temps que dans celles d’un jazz classe et feutré. » Excerpts of press or radio show : All Music Written & Produced by Repeat Pattern Art Direction and Illustration by 96 All Rigths of The Producers, Artworkers and Cascade RecordsOf The Work Reproduced Reserved.
