Their distinctive identity comes from the chemistry between Jacob’s percussion and vocals and Paul’s jazz-influenced guitar playing and sound design, creating a fresh perspective on contemporary dance music. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Disclosure, Jungle and SG Lewis, Tonoso move naturally between soulful songwriting, sophisticated electronic production and dancefloor-driven rhythms.

With a strong focus on live performance, the duo approach electronic music as something organic and evolving, combining instrumental textures with modern production to create music that feels equally at home on stage and in the club.

In 2026, Tonoso joined Cascade Records for their international development, opening a new chapter with “Part-Time Love”, a groove-led blend of Dance, Nu-Disco and Soulful House.
